  • What surfaces & shapes can PPT print on?
PPT can print on just about any surface and irregular shapes. Please contact us for any questions you may have regarding surfaces and shapes.

  • Does PPT do medical printing?
Yes, we have been very successful doing medical printing.

  • Do you print on polyethylene and polypropylene as well as other copolymers requiring pretreatment?
Yes, we use flaming and pre-cleaning with coupling agents to print on these polymers.

  • How many colors can you print?
We print one to six-color spot and process.

  • Do you provide assembly and packaging?
Yes, we provide packaging and assembly along with drop shipping. This relieves the customer of handling the printed part and therefore reduces damage.

Yes, we can print up to six colors on glass.

  • Can you print on all textured surfaces?
Many textures are simply too deep or have too fine a grain to be covered even if we print several times. It is best to choose the texture and determine its printability before building the mold.

  • When designing a new product, why should I consult the printer first?
The printer can guide you in the selection of material and the surface texture to be sure it meets your printing demands. The printer, armed with your requirement, can best help you on your decorating choices.

  • What does the term "camera ready artwork" mean?
Camera ready artwork is a solid (opaque) black image on clean, white background with minimum 600dpi. A photocopy or facsimile transmission does not constitute camera ready artwork. We prefer to receive your artwork electronically. Please see the following question for more details.

  • I have my own artwork. What does PPT need to print my job?
Because each job is custom, please call us before you design the artwork. You can then send your files electronically to us. We prefer a PDF file for proofing in a VECTOR format. Please be sure to include any fonts that you have used or convert them to paths or outlines. It is also important to provide your artwork at 100% scale and as a black and white. If your artwork is to print in color, please specify the color separately. TIFF, JPEG and BMP files are not acceptable formats for pad printing.
