Plastics Decorating, a trade magazine for pad printers, features local company Pad Printing Technology for its ability to survive the economic down turn by providing services to an increasing demand, the medical industry.
As the health care industry continues to increase its demand for medical procedures, Pad Printing Technologies has seen the increase in this particular market and continues to remain busy. Servicing such clients like Johnson & Johnson.
The company was started 15 years with a need to fabricate a medical device – specifically a dental ruler used for root canals. With little experience in pad printing, but a background in medical device sales, Schuler set out to effectively start a company that would help doctors and other medical professionals have tools to perform their procedures. Today the company can bolster production for millions of parts and has the capability to service many different types of manufacturers with printing needs.
Plastics Decorating Magazine approached Schuler in April for the featured article for their Decorator’s Profile in which outstanding business performance is recognized.
