In most of the cases, it is required that the parts should be free from any environmental contamination and that’s where the usage of our clean room comes into effect.

| Our Class 100,000 Clean Room is designed to give your parts a contamination-free environment. The air entering a cleanroom from outside is filtered to exclude dust, and the air inside is constantly recirculated through high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters to remove internally generated contaminants. The particulant counter monitors the environment round the clock.
Staff wear protective clothing such as hair nets, gloves, boots and cover-alls. Also, the equipment inside the cleanroom is designed to generate minimal air contamination. There are even specialized mops and buckets.
